Abu Dhabi gyms for women: Exercise club and class guide

Abu Dhabi is not only a major city in the Middle East region, it is a highly developed one whose population is highly affluent. As such, many people in Abu Dhabi are now striving to live highly active lifestyles and avoid the ‘affluenza’ that is becoming an epidemic in the first world. For women in the UAE, this can be especially challenging not only because of the desert heat can make working out somewhat problematic, but also because of additional constraints that local culture can put on them. With this in mind, Pacific Prime UAE brings you the below list of Abu Dhabi gyms, fitness centers and other activities that active women in the city can take advantage of.
